You agree to make all payments for services rendered in full and on time according to the payment terms agreed upon for each specific project. Failure to make timely payments may result in the termination of services and/or additional fees.

2. Services Description

2.1 Job Seeking Services

WeCodeAnything.com offers services designed to connect coding professionals with potential employers. These services include, but are not limited to, profile creation, job application submission, portfolio showcasing, and communication with potential employers.

2.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our Services.

3. User Content

3.1 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content, including but not limited to resumes, portfolios, work samples, messages, and other materials ("User Content") that you submit, post, or display on or through our Services.

3.2 Content License

By submitting User Content to our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with providing and promoting our Services.

3.3 Content Restrictions

You agree not to submit User Content that:

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services will be finally settled by binding arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be held in California.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

Any proceedings to resolve or litigate any dispute in any forum will be conducted solely on an individual basis. Neither you nor we will seek to have any dispute heard as a class action or in any other proceeding in which either party acts or proposes to act in a representative capacity.
